This policy outlines how you can cancel any subscription service, in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) new rules regarding online subscription purchases.

We are committed to making the cancellation of your subscription as simple and easy as signing up. If you enrolled in your subscription online, you can cancel your subscription online with a few simple clicks. We will not impose any unnecessary obstacles to delay or complicate your cancellation request.
Eligibility for Online Cancellation
You are eligible to cancel your subscription online through our member portal if you:
Initially purchased your subscription online through our website or mobile app.
If you purchased your subscription in person or through another method, you may need to follow a similar process or contact us directly as described below. We are working to make online cancellation available for all subscribers in the future, regardless of the initial sign-up method.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
For Subscribers Who Joined Online:
To cancel your subscription online, please follow these simple steps:
Log in to Your Member Portal: Visit our website at fitnessfactorykc.com and log in to your personal member portal using your email and secure login or create an account (using the email on file, create a username/password).
Navigate to Subscription Settings: Once logged in, locate the “Manage Subscriptions” or a similarly labeled section in your portal dashboard.
Initiate Cancellation: Within the subscription settings, you will find a clear and conspicuous “Cancel Subscription” or “End Subscription” option. Click on this option to begin the cancellation process.
Follow the Prompts: You will be guided through a few simple steps to confirm your cancellation request. We may ask for a brief reason for your cancellation to help us improve our services, but you are not required to provide one to cancel.
Confirm Your Cancellation: Review the details of your cancellation and confirm your request. We will not present you with any new offers that require your affirmative consent to decline to proceed with the cancellation.
For Subscribers Who Joined In-Person or Through Other Methods:
If you did not join online, you can cancel your subscription online as well, or by:
- Visiting the Gym: You can request a cancellation form at the front desk during staffed hours.
- Contacting Customer Service: You can contact our member services team by phone at (913) 395-9015 or by email at contact@fitnessfactorykc.com to request a cancellation. We will guide you through the process.
We are working to make online cancellation available for all subscribers regardless of how they joined.
Notice Period for Cancellation
A 30-day written notice is required for all subscription cancellations. This notice period allows for the processing of your cancellation and any final billing cycles.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Your subscription cancellation will become effective at the end of your current subscription term following the 30-day notice period. You will continue to have access to all subscribed services and benefits until the effective cancellation date.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles after the effective cancellation date.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a clear confirmation of your cancellation. This confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your subscription within 3 business days. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
